Choose a brush size that will fit your interdental spaces. It is common to have more than one size for the various spaces. If you are not sure, let a dental professional assist you to choose e the right size for you.
Unless advised by a dental professional, don’t use toothpaste. If you are to use toothpaste just use very little. Use the interdental brush once a day. Change brush when it is getting worn.
Slide the brush at right angles very gently between your teeth. If it does not glide easily, work it in gently or choose a smaller size.
Move the brush full length back and forth eight to ten times.
Easy to open and close against e.g. a table when reduced manual dexterity.
